Regional Manager - North Dakota

Having been in the property management industry for over 25 years, Tosha is uniquely qualified for her leadership role as Regional Manager of North Dakota, overseeing the daily operations of everyone who serves in the Fargo area. She has an understanding of the industry that can only be achieved through experience. Known for her expertise in marketing, technology, and leadership training, she has the skills and talent that translate into successful property operations.

When Tosha is not working, she may be enjoying a long boat ride, fishing, spending time in the outdoors or with her loved ones.

Amy

Assistant Regional Manager - North Dakota

As the Assistant Regional Manager, Amy helps oversee all of the properties that Hegenes manages in Fargo, ND. She began her career at Hegenes in the summer of 2018 as Community Manager and after a year of hard work and dedication, it was clear that she would be perfect for our regional management team.

Amy undoubtedly cares about people and strives to serve them through her ability to problem solve and look for ways to improve all aspects of management. Her heart smiles when people find a place to call home and she gets to hand over their new keys!

In her spare time, Amy really loves planting and maintaining the flowers around her home. She believes there is nothing better than summer when you can hang your bed sheets out on the clothesline, and take in that clean, fresh smell. She will be the first to admit that she isn’t the greatest at golf, but would be the first to receive the participation award! With Amy there is always a silver lining… even though winter is her arch enemy, it does come with the startup of Vikings games and dart leagues!

Steve

Maintenance Supervisor - Fargo Properties

Steve's honest, hard-working personality led him to be promoted as the Maintenance Supervisor for the Hegenes North Dakota portfolio. And though he always works hard, he still likes to have fun, both at work and on the job.

"Life is too short not to enjoy yourself" is his motto, and he embraces that at work with a smile that lights up the room and an infectious personality that is endearing to anyone who works with Steve.

Outside of work, he enjoys himself by spending time with his dear family and friends, especially if a lake (and fishing) is involved.
