We offer four floors of stylish affordable living. We have eff., one and 2 bedroom apartments to accommodate the ideal blend of contemporary styling without the loss of the Historic Beauty of this building.

Each apartment is complete with a full kitchen or kitchenette with microwave oven. We do have an elevator, short term or long term leases available. Some features include: unique claw foot tubs and 10 ft. ceilings; large laundry facilities and private parking at the renter’s expense. The Gardner also plans community activities throughout the year and has a resident board of directors.
